Shiwu Resort Hotel is originally a Hakka walled village which was built in Qing Dynasty. On the basis of the original houses, the designer combines new and old elements, mixing modern fashion with traditional architectural style of Hakka, then the old houses are refreshed and added with new flavor of modernized architecture.
Renovated from the former Guangzhou Chemical Reagent Factory, O2 Youth Entrepreneurial Community retains its original architectural structure and spatial dimensions, making the function of the building changed and the area revitalized. The interior design incorporates concepts such as chemical experimental equipment and periodic table, which correspond to the history of the chemical reagent factory. The interior space in the style of Mondrian echoes the architectural Bauhaus.
