They provide consulting services, including Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) and MiC Consultant, for the social housing construction project of Lok Sin Tong. The first project is for Lok Sin Tong Modular Social Housing Project and the second is HK Transitional Housing Development. Project involved 3-storey of residential building with 108 NOS. of MiC modulars.
They provide MiC Consultant for Contractor's Design & Build service to Housing Society for the construction project of Elderly's Home at Jat Min Chuen Chung Yuet Lai. The 1st MiC Project for Housing Society, The ground floor and the 1st floor will construct with traditional reinforced concrete while the 2nd to 9th floor will build a steel structure MiC building.
