Seniorman Design Limited is an architectural and project planning firm providing services of architectural design, interior design, project management and quantity surveying. The range of service covers Master Planning projects, a wide range of commercial, hospitality, residential, educational, industrial park projects and A&A works up to $80 million. The company also provides consultation on development feasibility possibilities study, master development scheme, schematic design, budgeting, tender documentation, contract administration and site supervision works.
Seniorman Design Limited was founded in 1992 by Mr. Leung Hon Ming, who has over 30 years of design experience. He was a former architect at Wong & Ouyang Engineers Associate and Rocco Design Partners, and directed projects such as the Hong Kong IFC, China Hong Kong City, Whampoa Garden, Beijing Hilton Hotel and Hangzhou Dragon Hotel.
Throughout the years, with the mission as "build the world in harmony based on sustainability", SDL had gained good reputations by the completed projects such as The Summit Phases 1 and 2 CBD in Zhongshan, Fuyao Glass Headquarter Buildings in Fuzhou and Suzhou, Jade Link Holiday Inn Hotel Shanghai and many of university projects at The Hong Kong University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Science Park.
The Summit is located at the east side of Zhongshan city. In 2007, by taking the good opportunity to match government' s "Re-shaping-the-3old-city properties" policy, the site was planned as the financial and residential hub, and to bring a green living style to the residence. The nine-story office building was designed to incorporate energy. Located in Xiang Cheng district in Suzhou, Fuyao Glass (Suzhou) the new ‘auto glass city’ efficient elements, such as natural lighting to atrium and ventilated glass curtain wall systems. The building also includes an exhibition area, lecture halls, staff leisure space and office area.
With 210,000 s.m site area, The Double Eagle Project is planned with mixed use zones for business, leisure, residential, villa, art & cultural and the big data areas. Commercial shops and art streets are placed around the site hence formed an inner garden at the centre. With the coexistence of the hilly landscape and viewpoints, they create almost like an eco-park environment to the users. Clean lines and sharp colours of façade contribute to their unique character.
