This ambitious project will be home to the world’s largest indoor ski resort, opening new opportunities to host world-class winter sports events in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). The project utilised 40,000 tons of steel with #BIM integration, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and safety. By adopting a smart energy management platform and sustainable materials like recycled concrete, it stands firm on sustainable development.
Then, the delegation visited the One Shenzhen residential project to explore how cutting-edge technology is transforming construction workflows and driving industry upgrade. This project leverages the self-developed “Aerial Construction Platform” to boost efficiency by 20% for the working cycle. Powered by automated machinery, AI, drone inspections, and 5G distant tower crane command system etc., these innovations not only elevate safety and efficiency but also set a new benchmark for the industry.
